OUR STORY
Aspen Group was born in 2012, when three hard working entrepreneurs – with 50 years of combined experience in the field – saw an industry need for an integrity-driven, all-encompassing renovation firm.
We went to work immediately, partnering with property managers and HOAs to address their challenging exterior repair needs. In this space, we proved ourselves many times over, completing projects within tight deadlines, communicating fluidly with clients and residents, and even identifying ways to save stakeholders money.
From there, we steadily expanded our services to take on larger projects – such as 1,500-unit multifamily complexes and commercial airports – while still upholding our reputation as a trustworthy company devoted to delivering quality outcomes.
Today, Aspen Group is proud to be a prominent renovation force across Colorado’s Denver Metro, Front Range, and Mountain regions, with recent work expanding into neighboring states. Though we are energized at our continued growth, rest assured we will forever stay committed to treating each and every client with the same attention and integrity as we have since day one.
