Overview
- "Swiss Cheese". This was the description of Arvada Gardens' siding in the wake of a massive hail storm that ravaged the condo complex in the summer of 2017. Leaving a price tag of over $1 Billion of damage in its wake, this weather system did a number on the Denver Metro area, and had no mercy for Arvada Gardens. Aspen Group sprung into action, and was on site evaluating - and mitigating - the situation within hours of the clouds parting.
Scope of Work
- Aside from the pummeled west-facing vinyl siding of the buildings, the roofs across all structures suffered extensive harm, and water damage ran rampant throughout the complex. Aspen Group's first order of business was protecting the assets of the community even while the insurance claim was in process. Crews taped, tarped, and patched holes in the siding and roofs in the name of preventing further water damage. We then immediately went to work replacing 1,400 squares of shingles and 10,000 square feet of siding.
Outcomes
- Aspen Group's sense of urgency led to the prevention of further damage - and to a quick recovery and restoration - of Arvada Gardens. Our crew may wear hard hats instead of capes and masks, but we're proud to have come to the rescue of this community in their time of need!
