Overview

• Surrounded by the Rockies in the heart of a prominent tourist destination sits the Silverado II
• Complex. A beloved fixture in the Winter Park community, Silverado II is a popular and unique
• resort comprised of condos; timeshares; and an event center.

Scope of Work

• Aspen Group revamped the roofs, installing 250 Squares of Rubber Roofing Membrane (EPDM
• 90- mil) to the buildings. We then expanded the usability of the event center, and installed a
• Unity Rubber Pave Surfacing System to more comfortably and reliably support foot traffic

Outcomes

• Silverado II continues to shine as a long-standing Winter Park icon…and shines even brighter
• with her new roofing and events-hosting capabilities.
